Fr.1600, 1928 $1 Silver Certificate Star Note, Tate-Mellon

A lightly circulated, VF+ note with great color and originality. This 1928 Replacement Note is scarce and is known in about half the numbers of the more common 1928-B Star. There are a few pinholes that are minute and do not detract from the appearance of this attractive, well margined note.
