The First National Bank of New Concord, Ohio,  Charter 6976, 1902 Red Seal $20, 276, Very Fine, PMG-30. A rare note from a one-bank town in Muskingum County with only six large-size survivors. The only Red Seal, it is also the finest condition, with the possible exception of a ungraded $10 Plain Back. The note has a presence of a grade higher than "30", but PMG notes "minor rust" relating to a few spots present at the lower left margin. It is an exceptionally pleasing note with exceptional original color and wonderful fresh-looking signatures.
