This is the scarcer of the two banks that issued small-size notes. Like the other, Charter #2343, only $10 and $20 denomination small-size notes were issued on this bank. There are 27 small-size notes reported (all Type 1), only this note and three other twenties have ever appeared at a public sale.

This note would grade a Choice Fine 15 but for a couple of marks front and back, as seen in the images.
